I bought a cheap jacket off ebay tha comes with shoulder, elbow nd back .its pretty heavy so it migfht be okay, xcertainly better than nothing anyway.
i wear kevlar-ish jeans and some sidis which do the job really.

I am concisou tat in a big off that nothing might help and i do feel a bit vulnerable but at least taht keeps me on my toes.

I like my jacket. Doesnt have a pocket for a back protecter as far as i know. I will look at those slip on back protectoers.

I have everything covered. In fact, I have a D30 back protecter in my Furygan jacket AND an armadillo type back protector which goes on like a jacket, somethinglike this:

Actually, I dont have my chest protected,, which seems to be really rare but is still an important area. Certainly, broken ribs can puncture a lung or worse.

The other area that I am conscious of is the neck and really fancy something like this:

I would be more interested in an inflatable collar that protects the neck only.
We have enough protection for the rest.

It blows up so that the neck is covered and stops the helment moving back to front or side to side therefore stopping jyper-flexion which is about the worst injury a biker gets.
It adds another layer of protection to the shoulders and back and more imprtantly perhaps, as I never see protection here, it protects the chest!
As a slip on vest it works really well, it is expensive but can make a huge difference.

They do seem to have good potential and I hope more people use them. Perhaps that will bring the price down.
    Are they one use only?

I'd be interested in the vest version but it won't work over a racing suit with back hump.

Looks like an excellent idea. If only for the peace of mind it brings.:o
