As mentioned in the Todays Ride thread I had a couple of scary moments riding along on my scooter this morning.

But also, when I went out side this morning into my back garden the cover on my scooter had been completely blown off and was nowhere to be seen - at all!! I still dont know where it is for sure. It is obviously in a neighbours garden but I canot see it :)
It will hopefully tuen up soon or perhaps it has blown up in to the sky and is heading over the Atlantic!

It was one of those really cheap VERY light silver covers that I bought on line. I think the lowest grade that Oxford do for outside motorbikes.
The heavy duty cover on my sports bike is unmoved.
I should add that there are straps on the Oxford cover so I should have tied them up under the belly of the bike - oops.:o

I don't mind the wind. Makes riding more interesting ;)

I picked up a scooter that had been blown over this morning. I think the screen may have acted like a sail, pulling the bike off its centre stand.

Not a fan of windy weather to be honest, headwinds on the 125 slowed me down by about 10-15mph, headwinds on the Triumph are not an issue in the slightest, but sidewinds on the other hand are horrendous... me no like!!
