Nor me but some riders swear by them.

I use them for journeys over 30 mins or so. I like them, they dramatically reduce wind noise. Mine have filters so they let some noise frequencies in. They are "Ear Peace" ones, you get 3 plugs and 2 sets of different filters and an aluminium tube to keep them in that I fasten to a jacket pocket zipper tab. I've no idea how they compare to others but I'm sure they leave you feeling less fatigued.

I neever believed in them. In fact I never really use them.

However, i did a motorway run on the Ducati and my ears were ringing.
So for me, I always keep them in my pocket and if I will be dong any long dual carriageway or motorway journeys then i will definitely put them in.
Riding otherwise can cause long term damage.

I nearly always use them. The wind noise will affect your ears over time and it will be too late to do anything about it.

I;m wirh SirV - if you measured the noise level and saw the long term damage you would always wear earplugs.
Of oucrse it depends on the helmet and what average and top speeds you are dong.
you wont need them for an urban scooter commute :)

    Always wear them.
Track days or rides out on the road.
Once you get used to them being in your lugs it's a rather pleasant experience. Lol ;)
